It’s the beginning of a busy week for the Emporia High girls soccer team.
The Lady Spartans’ match at Hayden scheduled for Tuesday has been canceled and will not be able to be made up.
Emporia High will play its final two matches at home on Thursday when it hosts Topeka High. The Lady Spartans will play Circle in a makeup game at 5 p.m. Friday that was postponed due to weather from April 14.
Freshman Emma Swindle says the Lady Spartans have improved their communication since their last match.
