The Emporia High girls swim and dive team finished third in the Centennial League meet in Topeka Thursday.
Emporia High finished with 300 points, finishing behind team champion Washburn Rural and runner-up Manhattan.
In diving, Allisyn Weiss finished second with a score of 446.25. Weiss was 1.45 points behind champion Brianna Devlin of Topeka High. Jacey Stutler finished fourth with a score of 354.80.
In swimming, Alison Brown finished third in the 200 freestyle (2:20.99).
The 400 free relay team of Arianna Hamilton, Adeiah Heffner, Alison Brown and Ryan Peak finished fourth with a time of 4:22.31. That time is a consideration time for state.
The 200 free relay team of Jacey Stutler, Arianna Hamilton, Alison Brown and Ryan Peak finished fourth (1:54.94).
Peak finished eighth in the 50 freestyle (29.09), while Hamilton was 10th (29.48). Peak finished seventh in the 100 freestyle (1:04.10) while Hamilton finished eighth (1:06.74).
The 200 medley really team of Brooke Monroe, Camryn Spafford, Adeiah Heffner and Jacey Stutler finished eighth (2:22.99).
Brown finished ninth in the 500 freestyle (6:40.37).
Heffner finished 10th in the 200 IM (3:02.31) and was eighth in the 100 butterfly (1:33.05).
Monroe was 10th in the 100 backstroke (1:19.32).
Six Lady Spartans earned All-League honors. Weiss and Brown are second-team selections. Peak, Hamilton, Heffner and Stutler are honorable mention selections.
Emporia High will find out if its consideration times in the 200 and the 400 free relays qualify for state. Both Weiss and Stutler have qualified for state and will begin competition on Thursday.
