A man accused of attempted murder in a Lyon County criminal case will have a hearing for that alleged incident this week.
Before that, Matthew Schroeder will have a pretrial conference on misdemeanor violation of a protection order. That hearing will be at 8:30 am Monday before Judge Doug Jones.
The next hearing in Schroeder’s attempted murder case is at 9 am Tuesday before Judge Jeff Larson as prosecutors have moved to admit evidence after alleged contact between Schroeder and the reported victim.
Schroeder is accused of attempted first-degree murder with an alternate of aggravated domestic battery. He’s also accused of aggravated kidnapping with an alternate of criminal restraint. An aggravated burglary count is also filed.
Tral could start July 24 in the attempted murder case.
