Former Emporia State Lady Hornet Tre’Zure Jobe will spend her final year of eligibility at Wichita State announced Tuesday.
Jobe is the first signee for new Wichita State coach Terry Nooner.
Jobe was a two-time All-American for Emporia State. She earned her second All-American honors this past season.
Jobe averaged 22.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 2.8 steals per game for the Lady Hornets this past season. She was a first-team All-MIAA selection and was just the third Lady Hornet to be a three-time All-MIAA first-team selection.
Jobe played in 111 career games at ESU. She scored 2,087 points in her Lady Hornet career, which is third on ESU’s all-time scoring list. She’s second all-time in steals at ESU with 297 and is third all-time in career 3-pointers made with 209.
Jobe grew up in Wichita and attended Wichita South High School. Her high school coach, Antwain Scales is now an assistant coach at WSU.
