Lyon County’s first notable fentanyl distribution case is moving to trial this week.
Terry Don Cummings has a bench trial beginning at 9 am Thursday. Judge Lee Fowler is presiding.
Cummings is charged with single counts of drug distribution and criminal possession of a weapon by a felon. He’s accused of distributing around 200 false oxycontin pills as part of an alleged incident near Emporia in January 2022.
