A motions hearing is coming in July for a Lyon County sexual exploitation case.
As part of a hearing Friday, Judge Jeff Larson set July 14 as the next hearing date in the case against Chad Pretzer. Motions need to be filed by the end of June.
Pretzer faces three separate exploitation counts related to at least one incident this past January. The legal complaint accuses Pretzer of working to “employ, use, persuade, induce, entice or coerce” a 16-year-old to take part in explicit behavior as well as possessing illegal images.
