The teenager accused of bringing a BB gun to Emporia High School during an incident in late March has a pretrial conference Tuesday.
Arlo Gunnar Feuillerat will appear at 2 pm. He faces one count of aggravated assault.
The incident allegedly involving Feullerat, age 14, caused lockdowns at Emporia High, Emporia Middle School, USD 253 Transitions, Village Elementary and Flint Hills Technical College.
