Projected heavy rainfall has led to an areal flood advisory for one county in the KVOE listening area.
Morris County has been placed into an areal flood advisory through 4:30 pm. According to the National Weather Service between two to four inches of rainfall has already fallen with additional precipitation expected through the afternoon hours.
This could lead to flooding, especially within small streams and areas with poor drainage areas. If you do encounter water over roadways you are reminded to “turn around don’t drown.”
If you have rainfall totals or photos please message the Bluestem Farm and Ranch Supply text line at 620-342-5863.
