Lyon County Commissioners will receive their latest round of appropriation requests when they convene for a study meeting Wednesday morning.
Emporia Public Library Director Pauline Stacchini will present the request for Emporia and Lyon County’s various libraries. Requests will also be presented by Jill Burton of Hetlinger Developmental Services, Flint Hills Technical College President Dr. Caron Daugherty, Lyon County Register of Deeds Wendy Weiss and Emporia Main Street Director Casey Woods.
Commissioners will also consider a purchase request of $35,036 from Tobey Kelly of the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office for a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado for Longbine Autoplaza. The meeting will begin at 9 am inside of the Lyon County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
