Sentencing is coming in July in a Lyon County drug case.
During a preliminary hearing Wednesday morning, Peyton Levi O’Brien pleaded guilty to a single count of possession of paraphernalia with intent to distribute. A charge of interference with law enforcement was dropped as a result of the plea.
O’Brien is set to be sentenced at 11 am on July 12th. Judge Doug Jones is presiding over the case.
O’Brien’s charges stem from an incident back in February.
