Sentencing has been scheduled for early August in a Lyon County aggravated battery case following a hearing in Lyon County District Court Thursday morning.
During that hearing, Dalton Hall pleaded guilty to a single count of Aggravated Battery following an incident from late January. Sentencing will now take place at 11 am August 1 before Judge Lee Fowler.
Hall was highlighted as part of Lyon County’s Felony Friday feature back in mid February. He was apprehended over a month later on March 15.
