A man accused in Lyon County of drug distribution and other counts has a plea hearing Monday.
Jason Hill will appear before Judge Laura Miser at 11:30 am. Hill is charged with distributing both amphetamine and dextroamphetamine during an alleged incident in mid-February, as well as possessing paraphernalia.
Separately, a man with several criminal cases currently underway will have a preliminary hearing in one of the cases Monday afternoon.
Lucas Anthony Chase has a preliminary hearing at 2:30 pm for allegedly having a “large piece of glass” in the Lyon County Detention Center in early April. Chase also has a preliminary hearing later this month on an alleged criminal damage count and is awaiting resolution in a battery case dating back to an alleged incident last August.
