5 Area High School Trap teams competed at the Kansas State High School Clay Targets State Tournament Saturday. The Southern Coffey County JV team finished in 2nd place.

In the Varsity Female division, Jalea True of Southern Coffey County finished in 9th place.
In the Varsity Male division, Morgan Liggett of Northern Heights and Jagger Jacobs of Southern Coffey County finished in a tie for 24th place.
In the JV Male division, Rykin Piper of Northern Heights finished in 2nd place, Seth Gleue of Southern Coffey County tied for 4th place, Cyrus Nickel of Southern Coffey County finished in a tie for 7th place.
In the JV Female division, Kathrine Lister of Mission Valley finished in 3rd place, from Southern Coffey County Olivia Ludolph and Emily Ludolph tied for 6th place and Deragan True finished in 9th place.
In the Novice male division, Northern Heights Logan Schlimme tied for 5th place, Grady Tiffany tied for 7th place, and Hunter Smart tied for 11th place. Trenton Dunlap of Mission Valley finished in 17th place.
In the Novice female division, Josie Weers of Southern Coffey County finished in 1st place, Bristol Brooks of Southern Coffey County tied for 8th place, and Castyn Andres of Council Grove tied for 22nd place.
