The 2023 Dynamic Discs Open ended with a first-time winner and a repeat winner.
Parker Welck of Huntington Beach, California in his first season as a professional won his first Pro Tour tournament. He finished the 3-day tournament with a 31 under par. He had the low score of the 3rd round of 12 under par.
Calvin Heimburg finished in 2nd place at 30 under par. There was a 3-way tie for 3rd place Evan Smith, Matthew Orum, and Alden Harris finished 27 under par.
Emporian Isaiah Esquivel also played in his first pro tour tournament. He finished in a tie for 45th place at 13 under par.
Eric McCabe finished in a tie for 65th place at 8 under par.
Hailey King won the women’s open after a 1 hole playoff. King and Holyn Handley finished regulation at 19 under par. King won the playoff on the first extra hole at 16.
It is Kings’ second DDO Championship. She won her first title in 2021.
Ella Hanson finished in 3rd place at 18 under par.
