The Kansas City Royals dropped game two of their four-game series against the Tampa Bay Rays, 11-3.
Nick Pratto gave the Royals a 1-0 lead in the first inning with a solo home run.
The Rays responded with three runs in the second. Salvador Perez tied the game at 3 in the third with a 2-run home run.
After that, it was all Rays. Tampa took a 4-3 lead in the fourth while adding four in the fifth and three in the eighth.
Bobby Witt Jr. went 2-for-3 at the plate.
Game three of the series is set for 3:10 p.m. Saturday. Jordan Lyles is on the mound for the Royals still searching for his first win of the season.
