The Newman Regional Health Board of Trustees now has two meetings Wednesday.
The board has been preparing for its regular board meeting, which is at noon at Conference Room C. It now has a special meeting at 3:30 pm at the Continuing Education Classrom.
The special meeting is the third either scheduled or already held to find the hospital’s next chief executive, with the first meeting held Wednesday and the second to come at 3:30 pm Monday. Wednesday’s candidate and the candidates for interviews Monday and Wednesday have not been divulged.
Bob Wright, Newman Regional Health’s CEO since January 2014, will retire effective Oct. 1.
