Three area high school basketball players wrapped up their high school careers in the KBCA All-Star Games held Saturday in Salina.
The girls blue team defeated the girls gold team 68-61. Emporia High’s Rebecca Snyder was on the blue team and scored nine points and grabbed four rebounds. Snyder has signed to continue her basketball career at Washburn.
Lebo’s Brooklyn Jones was on the girls gold team. Jones finished with five points. Jones has signed to continue her track and field career at Kansas State.
The boys gold team defeated the boys blue team, 119-114 in overtime. Osage City’s Landon Boss was one of seven players in double figures for the gold team. Boss had 17 points, four rebounds and two assists. Boss has signed to continue his football career at Butler Community College.
