USD 253 Emporia Board of Education members have a relatively light agenda before them when they convene for their regular meeting Wednesday evening.
The board will receive its latest Building for the Future construction update from McCownGordon before lending consideration to a proposed gymnasium upgrade at Emporia High School through the use of ESSER III funds. Board members will also consider the renewal of district insurance for the 2023-24 school year.
During the consent agenda portion of the meeting, board members may accept the resignation of EHS assistant principal Trevor Matthews.
The meeting begins at 6:30 pm inside the Mary Herbert Education Center.
