Early court processes are underway for a Lyon County aggravated robbery and conspiracy suspect.
On Monday, Judge Jeff Larson set a preliminary hearing for Aug. 7 in the case against Antonio Lee Brown, who faces two total counts in the case.
Brown was charged last week after allegedly a knife to rob Eduardo Uribe and working with as many as three co-conspirators to rob Uribe of a wallet, cell phone and/or set of keys as part of an alleged incident this month. None of the alleged co-conspirators have been charged in connection with this case.
