Change orders and purchase requests will highlight the Lyon County Commission’s weekly action meeting Thursday morning.
Commissioners will first consider a request from BG Consultants and the Lyon County Highway Department for a change order for erosion control credit before receiving a request to purchase a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado for the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office totaling $31,300. Lyon County Appraiser Ryan Janzen will also seek approval to attend the IAAO Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah for an amount not to exceed $1,200.
Commissioner reports and two executive sessions, one for legal purposes and another for non-elected personnel, are also scheduled. The meeting will begin at 9 am inside of the Lyon County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
