Formal charges are now being announced against a second suspect as a Lyon County aggravated robbery and conspiracy case moves forward.
Last week, formal charges were filed against Antonio Lee Brown. He now has a preliminary hearing set for Aug. 7 before Judge Doug Jones.
Charges have now been finalized against Calvin Cruse, facing identical charges after Eduardo Uribe was allegedly robbed of a wallet, cell phone and/or a set of keys earlier this month. Court dates have not been posted on the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal for Cruse.
Two other alleged suspects in the case have not been formally charged.
