A motions hearing in a Lyon County aggravated burglary case will take place in late July.
Several motions have been filed over the past month in the criminal case against David Lee Brown, including prosecution motions to endorse witnesses for potential trial and defense motions to list certain evidence as inadmissible. The motions hearing is July 21, with trial set to begin Aug. 14.
Brown faces one count of aggravated burglary and two of aggravated battery after an alleged incident in February 2021.
