Coffey County deputies are asking for information after learning of a cow that was killed earlier this week.
Deputies say the cow, a pregnant black Limousin, was found in an unspecified field Monday and may have been killed Sunday. The cow was apparently into third stage pregnancy when it was killed in a pasture and had “chunks of meat taken from it.”
Residents with information can call the Coffey County Sheriff’s Office at 620-364-2123.
