7 Emporians played in the Kansas Junior Golf Tour stop at Terradyne Thursday.
In the boys’ 16 and over division, Nolan Jacob tied for 22nd place and Hudson Sauder tied for 30th place.
In the boys 13-15 age division, Marley Harter finished in 18th place and Chesney Erkel finished in 27th place.
In the girls 16 and over division, Avary Eckert finished in 2nd place and Olivia Eckert finished in 3rd place.
Elise Eckert finished in 4th place in the girls’ 13-15 age division.
5 members of the Emporia and Osage City Jr Golf league qualified for the DriveChipPutt subregionals at the local qualifier in Salina Thursday.
Sadie Harmon and Brylee Harmon of Osage City finished in 1st place in their age divisions.
Layla Harter and Taylon Koch of Emporia finished in 3rd place in their age division.
Berkley Erkel of Emporia qualified as an alternate.
The Sub-Regional competition will be held on August 2nd at Oakwood Country Club in Kansas City.
