A pretrial and arraignment hearing is planned next month in a Lyon County attempted murder case.
Travis Wade Westcott will return to court Aug. 18 after a hearing Tuesday. He could learn his potential trial dates during the upcoming hearing.
Westcott has been charged with attempted first-degree murder after trying to kill a woman in October, but he also faces charges for allegedly violent activity then and again in May. Westcott’s formally charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated battery, aggravated witness intimidation, stalking and criminal threat as part of 15 criminal counts in the case.
