Work will continue soon to determine the source of water leakage at one Emporia intersection highlighted earlier this week by the city.
On Monday, Communications Manager Christine Torrens highlighted concerns about leakage at Ninth and West because of the number of underground connections at that intersection.
Torrens and Public Works Director Dean Grant say a “specialty location service” will inspect the area to pinpoint the leak’s location, but Grant says crews can’t begin that work until next week.
