The Royals will open the season on March 28, 2024, at Kauffman Stadium against the Minnesota Twins. This will match 2019 for the earliest Opening Day in franchise history. It’s also the eighth time in 10 years that the Royals will open at home and the second consecutive year that they will open up against the Twins.
Kansas City will play 52 games against American League Central teams, 13 games against each division foe.
The Royals will play 64 league games vs. American League East and West teams playing each team six or seven times.
There are 46 interleague games with four against St. Louis and three against all other NL teams.
In Interleague play, the Royals will host Milwaukee, San Diego, Miami, Arizona, Philadelphia, Chicago, and San Francisco. The Royals will make trips to the Dodgers, Mets, Colorado, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Washington, and Atlanta.
The Royals will end the 2024 season in Atlanta.
