man accused of drug distribution in a Lyon County criminal case is tentatively set for his preliminary hearing Monday.
Colin Thomas Krtek is charged with one count of distributing up to 100 “dosage units” of Ecstasy, as well as separate counts of possessing marijuana and paraphernalia and traffic violations following an alleged incident in early April.
The hearing is at 2:30 pm Monday before Judge Doug Jones.
