A Humboldt man was arrested on suspected drug distribution activity after an incident near Lyndon.
Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells says a deputy handled a traffic stop at the junction of US Highway 75 and 261st Street just south of Lyndon on Saturday night. After illegal narcotics were reported inside the vehicle, a passenger, 41-year-old Dustin Galloway, was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute and interfering with law enforcement.
Formal charges are pending.
