A n adjudication hearing has been scheduled in an aggravated assault case connected to an alleged BB gun incident at Emporia High School this past spring.
At a pretrial hearing Tuesday, Arlo Feuillerat was set for his next hearing at 2 pm Aug. 10.
Feuillerat allegedly brought a BB gun to Emporia High in late March, causing lockdowns at Emporia High, Emporia Middle School, USD 253 Transitions, Village Elementary and Flint Hills Technical College. He faces one aggravated assault count.
