Newman Regional Health’s Board of Trustees will meet Wednesday.
Board members have several workforce matters under the monthly operational update, including workforce development, employee turnover and an employee engagement survey. Priorities with a provider engagement survey will also be discussed.
Board members will review the monthly financial summary and monthly quality data in separate agenda items.
Two executive sessions are planned, one for peer review and risk management matters and the other for non-elected personnel. The board has had several executive sessions to interview chief executive candidates, but the agenda does not confirm whether the non-elected personnel session is related to the CEO search. Bob Wright is retiring after nearly 10 years leading the hospital.
The meeting is at noon Wednesday at the hospital.
