Sentencing is ahead in a pair of unrelated criminal cases in Lyon County District Court on Tuesday.
Jon Arch Buchanan will be sentenced at 9 am after leading a law enforcement pursuit in November 2022. Buchanan pleaded no contest to one count of felony flee and elude. A count of interference with law enforcement was dismissed.
Also, Elias Chase-Wallace will be sentenced at 11 am to end a case originally charged as attempted aggravated burglary. Chase-Wallace accepted a plea agreement to one count of criminal trespass in early June after an incident in late March.
