The Emporia State Women’s Basketball Team is en route to Italy.
On Saturday Morning Sports Talk, Coach Brian Ostermann says the last two weeks of on and off the court team activities have helped heading into the trip.
The Lady Hornets will visit Milan, Florence, and Rome. They’ll have games in Florence and Rome and spend 3 nights in each city.
Other activities the Lady Hornets will do include a visit to Lake Como, a visit to the site of The Last Supper, Vatican City, the Sistian Chappel, and the Roman Coliseum.
Emporia State will return home on August 17.
