A criminal case alleging fentanyl distribution is developing in Lyon County District Court.
Stephen Joseph Jennison, age 32 of Wichita, has been formally charged with possessing between 10 and 100 dosage units of fentanyl following his arrest by the Kansas Highway Patrol late Friday night. Jennison is also charged with possessing methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia as well as interference with law enforcement.
Co-defendant Skylar Rose Creed, age 21 of Marion, is also charged with fentanyl distribution and possession of meth, marijuana and paraphernalia, but she is not charged with interference. She was arrested and booked early Saturday.
First appearances will be at 1:15 pm Tuesday before Judge Doug Jones. Details about the arrests have not been announced.
