The defendants in a low-level fentanyl distribution case will return to Lyon County District Court for hearings in two months.
Stephen Jennison of Wichita and Skylar Creed of Marion are set for preliminary hearings on Oct. 4 — Jennison at 9:30 am, Creed at 10 am. Both hearings will be before Judge Lee Fowler.
Both are accused of possessing up to 100 dosage units of fentanyl with intent to deliver after arrests Friday by the Kansas Highway Patrol. Both are also accused of possessing methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Jennison is also accused of interference with law enforcement.
