A man accused in Lyon County of rape and child sexual exploitation had a hearing on a separate case Thursday, while a hearing on the sex crimes case was delayed.
Travis Dean Iverson now has a pretrial hearing ahead Oct. 20. Iverson is charged with two counts of aggravated violations of the state’s offender registration act, essentially representing alleged violations from March 2022 to this past May. Iverson could learn his potential trial dates as part of that hearing.
Iverson faces 13 counts in his other criminal case, including one of rape and the remaining 12 of sexual exploitation. His next hearing in that case has been moved from Thursday to Aug. 24.
