Senteincing is coming next month for a teenager who allegedly triggered several lockdowns at Emporia schools and at Flint Hills Technical College.
Arlo Feuillerat accepted a plea agreement involving a count of misdemeanor assault, meaning a charge of aggravated assault was dropped. Feuillerat was accused after allegedly bringing a BB gun to Emporia High School and then fleeing out of the school in late March, prompting lockdowns at the high school, Emporia Middle School, Flint Hills Technical College, USD 253 Transitions at the college and Village Elementary.
Sentencing will be Sept. 12.
