Ignite Emporia is promoting its new “one-stop shop” for anyone who is looking to live, learn or play in the city of Emporia.
Last fall, Ignite Emporia launched Emporiaopportunity.com which includes a full picture of everything Emporia has to offer residents from jobs to education and even entertainment. Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Jeanine McKenna calls it an “all-inclusive site.”
McKenna adds the website is “ever-evolving.”
McKenna says the website also provides direct links to employers’ websites and can serve as a great platform for smaller businesses that may not yet have that “dedicated space.”
