Southbound traffic is back to normal for part of State Street affected by a water main leak.
The city closed off southbound traffic on State from Fourth to Second shortly before 7 am, meaning southbound drivers couldn’t use the underpass until repairs were completed. Drivers are told to use caution in avoiding a pavement cutout in front of 205 State.
Northbound traffic was unaffected.

Public Works is repairing a water main leak, so southbound traffic is being diverted at Fourth. Northbound traffic is currently unaffected.
The city has not given an estimate on when southbound traffic from Fourth to Second will return to normal flow.
