Excessive heat is now impacting city operations as commercial trash pickup was shortened Monday.
Due to temperatures in excess of 100 degrees commercial trash picku was paused at 1:30 pm Monday for the safety of employees. Pickup will resume at 6 am Tuesday for those who were expecting pickup Monday afternoon.
