The 16th ranked Emporia State women’s soccer team drew to a 1-1 tie at Southwestern Oklahoma State Thursday afternoon.
Emporia State jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the 32nd minute on a goal by Hadlie Lowe.
Southwestern Oklahoma State scored the equalizer in the 64th minute.
Southwestern Oklahoma State out shot Emporia 15-13 with shots on goal even at five.
Emporia State will play Minnesota State Mankato on Sunday in Kansas City.
