The Emporia State football team opened its season with a 56-10 win over Lincoln.
Emporia State set a school record of 541 passing yards en route to win. Braden Gleason threw for 442 yards with five touchdowns. Tyler Kahmann had nine catches for 107 yards and four touchdowns.
Emporia State heads to Northwest Missouri next Thursday.
