Bingo at the Emporia Senior Center is canceled this weekend, but only on a short-term basis.
Senior Center Board President Ken Hanson says the cancellation Saturday will allow patrons and vendors a better chance to attend and enjoy the Great American Market in downtown.
Hanson says bingo will return Sept. 16.
