A review hearing is ahead for a woman accused in Lyon County District Court of being a fugitive from justice in Tennessee.
Darla Katherine Yelverton will be back in Lyon County District Court at 1:30 pm Oct. 4 before Judge Doug Jones.
Yelverton is accused of leaving Rutherford County, Tennessee, after criminal proceedings started in a larceny case. She was arrested in Lyon County on Labor Day.
