An Osage City man is awaiting a decision on formal charges on suspected illegal drug activity.
Sheriff Chris Wells says deputies and department investigators handled a search warrant in the 6500 block of West 217th on Friday morning. A resident, 51-year-old Timmy Hill of Osage City, was arrested on suspicion of three overall counts of distributing methamphetamine, including two felony counts. Hill was also arrested on suspicion of interfering with law enforcement.
