A preliminary hearing is coming before the end of the month in an Osage County drug distribution case.
Timmy Hill was arrested late last week on suspicion of felony methamphetamine distribution and interference with law enforcement as part of a warrant search near Osage City. He’s officially accused of two counts, each involving less than 100 grams of illegal drugs. No interference charge was listed on the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal.
The hearing is Sept. 28. If convicted, Hill could get up to 144 months in prison on one count and a maximum 83 months with the other.
