A man already facing drug distribution charges in Butler County is now starting the court process in Lyon County.
Collin Michael Stark, age 23, was already facing charges of methamphetamine distribution and possession, as well as paraphernalia possession and other counts, as part of alleged activity in Butler County from late June. He has now been charged with meth distribution; fentanyl, marijuana and paraphernalia possession; interference with law enforcement and criminal use of weapons after his arrest in Lyon County on Monday.
Stark’s first appearance in Lyon County District Court is set for 1:15 pm Tuesday.
