A preliminary hearing in a Lyon County flee and elude case will be rescheduled — because the defendant allegedly didn’t appear at his hearing Thursday.
Dylan LaRussa was supposed to be in court at 11 am but was a no-show. A bench warrant was issued and bond was forfeited.
LaRussa was accused of leading a chase in late May. He’s also accused of possessing tetrahydrocannabinol, transporting an open container of alcohol, wrong-way driving and interference with law enforcement.
