Jury trial is on the Lyon County docket in a drug distribution case.
James Joseph Lee is accused of distributing up to 100 grams of methamphetamine as part of an alleged incident in early September. Besides distribution, Lee is accused of paraphernalia possession and of using a communication facility in the manufacture, distribution, cultivation or possession process.
Several court proceedings lie ahead. A motions hearing is set for Nov. 8, followed by a jury trial status hearing Nov. 15. At this time, trial could start Nov. 20, Dec. 18 or Jan. 8.
