A man accused in Lyon County of sexual battery will go to prison.
Jovani Sotelo received three years in prison, one year each for three counts of sexual battery as determined by Judge Lee Fowler on Friday.
Sotelo was originally charged with two counts of rape and one of aggravated criminal sodomy after an incident in January. Those charges were amended as part of a plea agreement reached in June.
